Appeal for witnesses following assault – Witney

We are appealing for witnesses following an unprovoked assault in Witney.

Between 8pm and 8.25pm on Friday 28 November, a woman in her twenties was punched in the face by a man riding a scooter at the bus stop outside Denshams Butchers on High Street.

The victim sustained injuries and required hospital treatment but has since been discharged.

The offender is described as white, in his mid-to-late twenties, of large build with brown slicked-back hair and a ginger beard. He was wearing a black jacket with white stripes on the arms, blue jeans and trainers.
